2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations between www.pixelbrick.fr and any person making a purchase via our online store.

Our sales are exclusively for original works of art in limited edition, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.


3. Our products

Each work is numbered and printed in a limited quantity of 23 copies.

A signed certificate of authenticity is included with every purchase.

The photos are true to the product, but slight color differences may exist depending on the screen.

Availability is displayed via a counter indicating the remaining quantities.


4. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€).

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B is not CGI.

Delivery is done in person.

The rate applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.


5. Commander

Orders can be placed via the website or by telephone.

The order is final after payment validation.

Any order implies reading and acceptance of these T&Cs.


6. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer


7. Delivery

Hand delivery within a 400 km radius around Angers (49, Maine-et-Loire).

Delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days from the order, in accordance with article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code.

In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the buyer may request cancellation and reimbursement of the order.

The risks associated with transport are transferred upon receipt of the work by the customer.


8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the work to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to works made to measure (example: unique brick project based on a photo provided).

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The work must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.


9. Legal guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).


10. Intellectual Property

The works sold are protected by copyright.

The purchase does not confer any right of reproduction, distribution or exploitation of the work without prior written authorization.


11. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible in the event of improper use of the work or force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, strike, etc.).


12. Personal data

The data collected is only used for order processing and customer follow-up.

In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete your data.

13. Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator in the event of a dispute.

Competent mediator: In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge. The competent mediator for disputes relating to distance selling is the FEVAD e-commerce mediator. 14. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to the court of his place of residence or to that of the seller's place of establishment, in accordance with Article R.631-3 of the Consumer Code.
